Metadamper - TIPPER SAFETY SYSTEM

Operating Principle of the System

The Metadamper control unit measures both the horizontal and vertical inclination of the damper / chassis with the 2-axis inclinometer (Inclinometer) module inside and transmits it to the microprocessor that has been software calibrated according to customer requirements.

When it reaches the predefined inclination values, it sends a direct lowering command to the vehicle's damper control and warns the driver in the cabin visually and audibly.

In addition, it automatically sends a download command when the pre-defined speed limit is reached with the speed information it receives from the CAN lines of the vehicle.

If the cover is not opened at a predetermined angle with the switch mounted on the damper cover, it sends the command to lower the damper in the same way.

Since all of these processes take place outside the initiative of the driver, it minimizes human errors.

Features

Speed Limit: When the damper is open, the speed information of the vehicle is measured and it automatically lowers the damper when it reaches the predetermined speed limit. The desired speed limit can be determined with the MetaDamper® Software.

MetaDamper® Software: Configures all parameters of the system as desired, with a user-friendly interface based on Windows. Performs post-assembly calibrations of the device.

Configurable: All options can be easily changed according to your security needs, conditions of the work site, and the characteristics of the vehicle and tipper, thanks to the MetaDamper® Software.

In-Cab Connection: All calibrations and configurations of the device are made through the connection / diagnosis socket mounted inside the cabinet. In this way, the data can be read live and calibrated during driving and casting when necessary, without going under the damper or between them.

Conversion to Electrical System: Conversion of your manual pneumatic damper system to an electrical system is carried out by us. Kits and installation of the return are provided free of charge by Metadiag.

IP67 Standard Control Unit and IP68 Connection Connectors: They are made of high-strength and liquid-protected materials against damage caused by working conditions and external factors.

Spare Parts Supply: All kinds of spare parts, components, hardware that may be needed for any reason inside or outside of the warranty are kept in Metadiag stocks continuously.

Warranty, Maintenance and Service: MetaDamper® security system is under our warranty for 1 (one) year against manufacturing and assembly faults. In addition, at the end of the warranty period, maintenance and calibrations will be made free of charge for once. If requested, the warranty period can be extended against a fee.
