Founded in 2010 and located in Yongkang, Zhejiang – the "City of Hardware", Zhejiang Heda Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. covers a factory area of 30,000 square meters. As a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of key engine components (engine cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds) and aluminum casting structural parts for various industries, the company was honored as one of the Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises in 2024.
The company has established a provincial-level enterprise research institute and Jinhua High-tech R&D Center for Aluminum Cylinder Heads. Equipped with over 200 CNC machining centers and first-class production & testing equipment such as engine airway test benches and coordinate measuring machines, it has built a total of 49 professional production lines, including 19 for automotive engine cylinder heads and 6 for automotive cylinder blocks. This enables fully automated production and precision control throughout the entire process from melting and casting to machining.
Our core products are widely applicable to multiple fields such as automobiles, agricultural machinery, intelligent robots and marine machinery. Among them, the market share of single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine cylinder heads has exceeded 75% in China for consecutive years. We have established long-term cooperative relationships with well-known brands including Wuling Motors, and our products are exported to the United States, Southeast Asia, India and other countries and regions.
