TURBO Bearings Private Limited, established in 1988, holds a reputation known for its quality products.
TURBO is an IATF 16949 quality system certified company. Our motto is to serve customers with utmost care. We at TURBO use internationally accepted, one of the finest quality raw material SAE 52100/ 100 Cr6. Having rich experience of over three decades in the field of Bearings, we have an established R & D department with a specialized team in place for designing & manufacturing various types of bearings such as Tapered Roller, Cylindrical Roller, Ball, Thrust, Clutch Release, Needle Roller, Hub Bearings & Automotive Components such as Engine Rings etc. We have successfully developed nearly 1400 bearing sizes and are being supplied to customers around the Globe.
TURBO has three established manufacturing units in Rajkot, Gujarat, INDIA for manufacturing bearings and related components. Further to keep pace with the changing requirements of business and increasing demand across the Globe, we are in the process of expanding our current range of Roller and Ball Bearings.
TURBO has installed automatic interconnected manufacturing lines from the world renowned machine manufacturers such as TOYO-Japan & Thielenhaus-Germany for grinding and super-finishing respectively to meet challenges in this competitive world. We are willing to do so continuously to meet further demands.
TURBO has always worked with the policy of orientation to customer’s needs and end user’s expectations. We have been adding value to customers, through quality products by adopting QCD life cycle across the organization. Our goal is to satisfy customers by providing products with better performance and longer life.
To achieve the goal that TURBO products exceed customer’s expectation, we are continuously investing to keep our laboratory fully equipped. Our lab is currently equipped with sophisticated & reputed quality appraisal equipments from the world renowned manufacturers including Germany, United Kingdom, Japan & Switzerland for testing of Roundness, Form, Roughness, and the Metrological & Metallurgical parameters. TURBO also have facilities for Endurance testing to evaluate bearing performance.
TURBO has a wide customer base, covering OEMs of Automotive, Transmission, Tractors, Agriculture Implements and General Engineering segments. We have been serving various domestic as well as overseas OEMs in the above segments and endeavoring to expand its customer base to many other segments.
