HD Rubber, which started its activities in the automotive sector in Izmir in 1959, produces rubber and metal suspension spare parts for heavy vehicles and trailers.
By moving all production facilities to Denizli as of 2011, the company continues its activities with an annual production capacity of 3.000 tons in its campus located in 20.000 m² open and 10.000 m² closed area.
With its young and dynamic personnel cadre, wide range of products and reliable service approach, HD Rubber has taken its place among the companies that dominate the sector by prioritizing customer satisfaction.
HD Rubber designs its own molds by using flow simulation programs and three-dimensional drawing (CAD-SOLID, CAM-CIMATRONE,) programs in its design center and can produce molds in its own right.
The design center within the scope of the company was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Turkey as of June in 2017. In addition, the design center has entered the Industry 4 path by transforming the zinc phosphate line and chemosil paint line into robotic operation in 2017.
HD Rubber aims to deliver quality products to the customer on time and at the lowest cost, as of 2017, by fulfilling all the requirements of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management standards.
The company continues its export adventure, which it started in 1983, in 7 continents and 81 countries as of 2024. HD Rubber is proud of contributing to the country's economy as one of the export locomotives of our country.
