For many years we have been operating with passion and expertise in the industrial vehicle spare parts sector, providing our customers with solid experience from both a technical and commercial perspective.
Our business vision is based on a clear objective: combining the distribution and commercialization of spare parts with the direct production of selected product lines. This approach allows us to offer increasingly complete, reliable and competitive solutions.
In 2007 we took an important step with the acquisition of FIVEBT, a company specialized in hot forging and the production of wheel studs and fasteners. Thanks to this integration, we are now able to manufacture customized components that precisely meet our customers’ specific requirements.
With the aim of further expanding our product range, in 2023 we acquired INTEREX, a company specialized in clutches and related components.
More recently, we also integrated the VISCOTECH brand into our product portfolio. This acquisition allows us to offer viscous hubs, fans, expansion tanks and radiators at competitive conditions, further strengthening our product range.
Our story began in 1993 through collaboration with qualified manufacturing partners and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. From the very beginning, we invested in advanced technologies, modern equipment and specialized personnel, with the goal of supporting continuous growth and innovation.
In 1999 we moved to our facility in Druento (Turin), a larger production site that enabled us to quickly expand our product range and further improve the service offered to our customers.
In 2017 the company relocated to its current headquarters in Venaria Reale. As the business continued to grow, larger and more suitable spaces became necessary. Today our facility includes a warehouse of over 2.000 m², allowing us to efficiently manage a wide availability of products.
In 2025 our daily commitment and dedication were recognized with the achievement of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications, marking another important step toward higher quality and operational standards.
Today our spare parts are mainly intended for the aftermarket sector. They are manufactured using materials of equivalent quality and through production processes and technical treatments comparable to the original ones, ensuring full interchangeability, reliability and long-term performance.
